iSIPP - iPSE event terms and conditions

iSIPP: IPSE Event – Shopping Voucher Promotion Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”)

1. Promotion title

iSIPP Shopping Voucher Promotion (the “Promotion”).

2. Promoter

iPensions Group Limited trading as iSIPP a company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales with company number 03683070 and with a registered office at 2^nd Floor, Marshall House, 2 Park Road, Sale, M33 6HE (“us, we, our”).

3. Promotional period

The Promotion is open from 9am on Thursday 6th July 2023 and is available until 11:59pm on Wednesday 6th September 2023 (the “Period”). Any applications for iSIPP received before or after this Period shall not qualify for the Promotion.

4. How to qualify

To qualify for this promotion, you must be a new customer and:

1. you must during the Period, apply online to open your iSIPP scheme with us via the following link www.isipp.co.uk/ipse and adding the promotion code ‘IPSE2023’ (the “Code”) during the application process; Your application must be fully completed and submitted to us; and
2. you must make one of the following transactions: either i) your first transfer in; or ii) your first contribution in, to your iSIPP, after submitting your iSIPP application as detailed above. The monies in must be in the minimum amount required for each within the iSIPP scheme. These minimum amounts are set out in the iSIPP key features document and iSIPP terms and conditions, available on our website here; and
3. your first transfer in monies or first contribution in monies must be received by us and be ready to invest.

to receive a shopping voucher with a value of £100*. New customers who comply with these qualifying conditions shall receive a shopping voucher as described in section 6 (Promotion Reward Details) below.

*If it has not been possible to pay or transfer in the value to meet the reward within a 6 month period for a transfer in or a 1 month period for a contribution, you may ask us to extend the Period. We will consider each case individually and may, at our discretion, agree to provide a limited extension to the qualifying period. Please note, if you have cancelled or withdrawn any payments or transfers into your iSIPP or have not met the minimum amount required as detailed at section 4(b) above, you will not be eligible. We reserve the right to close the promotion prior to the Period end date.

5. Eligibility criteria

Any person who is eligible to open an iSIPP scheme with us, as per the iSIPP key features document and iSIPP terms and conditions which are available on our website here.  Each person may only enter the Promotion once and must be over 18 years of age. Participation in the Promotion is free. The following persons are excluded from the offer:

1. existing members of iSIPP who already have a SIPP established with us; and
2. potential customers who have already submitted their iSIPP application to us outside the Period.

6. Promotion reward details

 All eligible entries shall receive one shopping voucher of £100 from the list below. This is one shopping voucher only from one retailer and not a combination of different vouchers from different retailers totalling up to £100.

2. If you have complied with section 4 (How to Qualify) and section 5 (Eligibility Criteria), and your money has been successfully paid into us by either transfer or contribution within the timeframe stipulated at section 4 above we will either contact you by telephone or email to allow you to select your chosen shopping voucher and to agree the best method of delivery of that shopping voucher to you (it is important to understand that delivery methods will be dictated by the retailer of your chosen shopping voucher, not us, we have no control over this). Please note, your use of your chosen shopping voucher is subject to your chosen retailer’s shopping vouchers restrictions and terms. No cash equivalent or alternative will be available.
3.  If your chosen shopping voucher is unavailable for any reason, we will accommodate an alternative shopping voucher from the List only.

7. General Promotion Conditions

1. By entering this Promotion, all persons are deemed to have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them.
2. We reserve the right to amend or cancel this Promotion, and these Terms, without any prior notice, and any changes will be posted within these Terms. This Promotion is open to all eligible natural persons (as detailed in the Eligibility Criteria) and is limited to one entry per person.
3. To be eligible to claim the Promotion reward, individuals must apply for a iSIPP as instructed between the Period and with the Code showing in their application. Any Promotion entries received with the Code but after the end of the Period shall not be valid and any Promotion entries received during the Period and without the Code displayed shall not be valid. Individuals who do not meet the Eligibility Criteria will not qualify for the promotion.
4. No cash equivalent, choice outside of the List or alternative voucher outside the List will be available, and each reward will be subject to any additional terms and conditions that are reproduced or referenced on the shopping voucher itself and on any related website of the shopping voucher retailer. The reward is not transferable or for resale. We will not be responsible for any lost shopping voucher after it has been sent to you and cannot re-issue or replace a shopping voucher.
5. Any personal information collected from you by us will be used lawfully in accordance with these Terms, our Privacy Policy (available here) and the Data Protection Act 2018, and solely for the purposes of identifying and contacting each eligible individual and if you become a member of iSIPP.
6. In the event of any fault, error, misunderstanding or dispute concerning these Terms, the decision of us is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Singular terms include the plural and these Terms will be interpreted in accordance with English law. If any provision of these Terms proves to be illegal or unenforceable, this shall not prevent the remaining provisions remaining in full force and effect. Any disputes will be subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
