If you are a member of our iSIPP, our relationship will also be governed by a further set of terms known as the iSIPP Terms and Conditions and related iSIPP documentation, which will be applicable from when you sign up to iSIPP, and which are amended from time to time.

Our site does not provide any advice or recommendations relating to investment, financial, legal, tax or any other type of pension advice or recommendation.

www.isipp.co.uk is a site operated by iPensions Group Limited trading as iSIPP (“We”). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 03683070 and have our registered office at Second Floor, Marshall House 2 Park Ave, Sale M33 6HE.

We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, Licence Number 464521.

We are a limited company.

We may update and change our site from time to time to reflect changes to our products, legislation, our users’ needs and our business priorities. We will try, where possible, to give you reasonable notice via our site of any major changes.

 

  1. We may suspend or withdraw our site

Our site is made available free of charge.

We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our site for business and operational reasons. We will try, where possible, to give you reasonable notice via our website of any suspension or withdrawal.

You may print off one copy for your personal use only and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our site for your personal use.

Please note however that our product does not allow you to appoint a financial adviser to act on your behalf because it is an execution only arrangement which only takes instructions directly from you as its member.

Although we make reasonable efforts to update the information on our site, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content on our site is accurate, complete or up to date.

  1. How we may use your personal information

We will only use your personal information as set out in our https://www.isipp.co.uk/privacy-policy.

If you submit a testimonial to us using our testimonials survey form, then you agree that we may publish your testimonial, together with your name, on this website and on any successor website that we may operate from time to time, on such page and in such position as we may determine in our sole discretion. If you agree to share your photo by emailing it to hello@isipp.co.uk, you agree that we may publish it alongside your testimonial.

You further agree that we may edit the testimonial and publish edited or partial versions of the testimonial. However, we will never edit a testimonial in such a way as to create a misleading impression of your views. In accordance with our Data Protection Privacy Notification Policy, as linked above, you have the right to withdraw your consent to using your testimonial.

 

  1. We are not responsible for viruses and you must not introduce them

We do not guarantee that our site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.

You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access our site. You should use your own virus protection software.

“IPENSIONS GROUP” ”IPENSIONSGROUP” and “ISIPP” are UK registered trademarks belonging to the iPensions group of companies. You are not permitted to use them without our approval, unless they are part of material you are using as permitted under section 10 above, How you may use material on our site.
